Enemies, plural!

We have enemies! We are going to try to fix the randomisation of their position, as they're all seeded the same. We will make asteroids and pickups and then add some UI and sprucing up. some development decisions on enemy movement have been changed for simplicity, but the game still loos like it will be hell.
